Meet the team behind the work!
Dan Tansey
President of SC Design
President of SC Design Studio. He guides each project by delivering thoughtful, impactful design solutions that balance vision, practicality, and long‑term community value. He has more than two decades of experience in architecture and urban design.
Before joining Sanders Carter, Dan served in a principal leadership role, where he led major multifamily, mixed‑use, and urban development projects across Nashville and supporting markets. His work has positioned him as a trusted voice in the city’s rapidly evolving development landscape.
Dan began his career working across architecture and planning roles, gaining deep expertise in building systems, entitlements, site analysis, and project delivery. He holds both a Bachelor of Architecture and a Master of Planning in Urban Design from Auburn University.
As a committed community advocate, Dan has served for more than a decade as a Board Member of the Sports4All Foundation, supporting programs that expand access to sports and healthy activities for people with disabilities.
Steve Jasinski
Senior Project Manger
Steve Jasinski brings 18 years of architectural experience to SC Design Studio, with a diverse portfolio ranging from single-family housing to multi-million-dollar manufacturing facilities.
He believes design is about more than aesthetics, it is about shaping the spaces where people live, work, and interact every day. Steve approaches each project with a collaborative mindset, working closely with clients, consultants, and contractors to create spaces that are both functional and beautiful.
As Senior Project Manager, Steve is passionate about finding creative and innovative solutions while balancing design, client needs, budget, and schedule.
Milton Greene
Architectural Designer
Milton Greene supports the planning and design of projects that create meaningful, lasting impact in the communities they serve.
A veteran and graduate of Belmont University's Bachelor of Architecture program, Milton is passionate about purposeful design that enhances the human experience through both function and beauty. He approaches each project with a thoughtful, detail-oriented mindset, striving to develop spaces that are not only visually compelling but also practical and enduring.
At SC Design, Milton contributes to a collaborative, integrated design process that brings together architecture, development, and construction to deliver innovative solutions. He is committed to continuing his professional growth while helping shape projects that positively influence the Nashville community and beyond.
